Want to exchange or refund an item?

We may, at our discretion offer an exchange or return of an item if that item has been supplied incorrectly or does not perform as described. Goods must be returned within 14 days of order date – unused and in original packaging. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. You also have the option of credit against your account for use in the future. Note: we will pay delivery costs for goods that are faulty or not as ordered.

To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend that you:

  1. Use a courier or Australia Post that offers shipment tracking for all returns
  2. Either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.
