At BetterCareMarket, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services, so whether you’re in a metro area or a remote regional location, your items will reach you safely. All prices listed on our website include GST, and shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout—no hidden fees.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location:
- Metro areas: usually 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: usually 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: may take 7–10 business days
Express Delivery Options
If you need your order sooner, many products are eligible for Express Post or priority courier services at an additional cost. Express orders are prioritised for dispatch and generally arrive within 1–3 business days in most metro areas. Please check the product page or contact our Customer Care team to confirm availability.
Regional & Remote Delivery
We proudly deliver to rural, regional, and remote areas across Australia. While most orders are sent at our standard rates, bulky or heavy items may incur a small additional freight fee—if applicable, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident when shopping with BetterCareMarket. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—such as medical, mobility, and personal care products—cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. If the product is eligible for a change-of-mind return, it must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return an Item

2. Package the item securely, including all accessories and original packaging.
