Adult Incontinence Underwear & Fixation Pants

Not every continence need requires disposable pull ups or adult nappies. Some people need discreet washable underwear for light bladder leakage, while others need a secure garment that holds a larger incontinence pad firmly against the body.

This category brings those two options together. Choose from Invizi washable women’s briefs with built in absorbency, or Dailee and MoliCare fixation pants designed to secure anatomical pads during walking, sitting, transfers and assisted care.

How to choose the right incontinence underwear

  • If you experience light bladder leakage and want something that looks and feels closer to ordinary underwear, look for a washable absorbent brief such as the Invizi Washable Women Full Brief.
  • If you already use a large anatomical continence pad, choose fixation pants. These do not provide the main absorbency. Their job is to hold the pad securely and close to the body.
  • If you prefer less fabric around the thighs, consider Dailee Fix Pants Without Legs or MoliCare Premium FixPants Short Leg.
  • If you want more coverage around the upper thighs, choose Dailee Fix Pants With Legs or MoliCare Premium FixPants Long Leg.
  • If a shaped pad moves, folds or leaves gaps during walking or transfers, check the fixation garment before increasing pad absorbency. Holding the pad correctly against the body can make a significant difference to fit and containment.

Always check the product sizing guide. Fixation pants should sit firmly without restricting movement or creating uncomfortable pressure.

Fixation Pants for Pads

Fixation pants hold shaped incontinence pads close to the body. They do not replace absorbent pads. They solve a different problem: keeping larger pads in the right position during walking, sitting, transfers and care routines.

Dailee Fix Pants are here to make managing urinary and faecal incontinence easier for you. The fixation pants are specially designed to keep your incontinence pad snugly in place, so you can move around comfortably without worrying about leaks or discomfort. They are available in various sizes and with or without legs to suit your preference.

The leg style is fully elasticised, latex free, made from polyester and elastane, and shaped to mould to the body. It comes in Small, Medium and Large, covering waist ranges from 45cm to 110cm across the range. Packs contain 5 pants, with cartons of 300.

They work perfectly with Dailee Comfort Pads, anatomically-shaped large incontinence pads, giving you the best protection possible. Dailee Comfort pads are available in three absorbency levels Normal, Extra and Maxi and offer a greater coverage and leak guards to keep you dry and comfortable. Whether you're at home, work, or out and about, these net pants offer discreet and reliable protection.

MoliCare Premium Fixpants guarantee that the incontinence pads stay securely in place and close to your body to minimise the risk of leakage. The soft, stretch fixation pants are reusable and can be washed up to 50 times at 60° and tumble drying on low heat.

They are available in short or long legs. The colour coding of the size facilitates the daily work of the work of the carer. The MoliCare Premium Forms are the perfect large pads to combine with the Fix Pants. The leg style is fully elasticised, latex free, made from polyester and elastane, and shaped to mould to the body. It comes in Small, Medium and Large, covering waist ranges from 45cm to 110cm across the range. Packs contain 5 pants, with cartons of 300.

Washable Briefs for Women, Men and Children

Washable incontinence briefs suit light leakage and buyers who want a more familiar underwear feel. They are not made for full bladder voids. They are best for small leaks, post pregnancy leakage, daily backup protection and light bladder weakness.

Invizi Washable Women Full Brief absorbs around 100 ml on its own, with a removable insert adding another 100ml. It is made from a soft bamboo blend, available in black, and comes in sizes Small to XXL. It is washable up to 50 times.

D Brief Men’s Underpants have a built-in pad with waterproof backing and absorb up to 300ml over 4 hours. They come in Small to Extra Large, in white, black and grey.

D Brief Underpants for boys and girls absorb up to 200ml and suit light bladder leakage in children.

D Brief Pad Inserts

D Brief Pad Inserts are made for light bladder leakage and fit inside compatible men’s or women’s underwear. They come in a twin pack, with a choice of male or female shaped pads.

Each insert absorbs up to 100ml over 4 hours. They are not suitable for full bladder voids or sudden heavy urine release. They work best for small leaks, extra daily protection or a spare insert rotation with D Brief underwear.

The inserts have waterproof backing, a discreet fit and elastic strands that follow the body shape. They are machine washable at 60 degrees and reusable up to 100 times. Choose these when the underwear itself still fits well, but extra absorbency is needed during outings, work, school or longer wear periods.

Who can benefit from this category?

These products address two different continence routines.

Washable absorbent underwear suits women with light bladder leakage who can dress independently or with minimal assistance and prefer a reusable garment that feels closer to regular underwear.

Fixation pants are better suited to people who use larger anatomical pads and need them held securely against the body. This can include seniors, people with disability, wheelchair users, people receiving assistance with personal care and carers managing continence changes.

They are also useful when an anatomical pad provides enough absorbency but moves out of position inside ordinary underwear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fixation pants are reusable stretch garments designed to hold anatomical incontinence pads securely against the body. They do not provide the main absorbency themselves.
Yes. Dailee and MoliCare fixation pants are designed to secure compatible absorbent pads. They should not be confused with absorbent pull up pants or washable continence briefs.
Pull up pants contain an absorbent core and manage leakage themselves. Fixation pants are mainly a holding garment used with a separate anatomical pad.
Short leg styles finish higher around the thigh and provide a more compact fit. Long leg styles extend further down the upper leg and provide additional coverage around the pad and thighs.
MoliCare Premium FixPants are designed to hold anatomical pads such as MoliCare Premium Form close to the body. Choose the correct size and preferred short or long leg style.
Yes. The fixation pants in this category are reusable. Follow the washing and drying instructions for the individual product to maintain fit and elasticity.
Not for every level of leakage. The Invizi Washable Women Full Brief is intended for light bladder leakage. Disposable pull ups or adult nappies provide greater absorbency for heavier continence needs.
The supplied product information lists approximately 100 ml of absorbency in the brief, with a removable insert adding approximately another 100 ml.
They should hold the pad close to the body without excessive pressure. If the garment is too loose, the pad can move or leave gaps. If it is too tight, it can feel uncomfortable and affect positioning.
They can be NDIS eligible when they relate to a participant’s disability and meet the requirements of their plan. Eligibility is not automatic, so check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact.
