Since 2019, we are proud to be a Registered NDIS Provider. We offer a truly 'person centred' service to our NDIS community. You choose the products and we do the rest! Recently we have launched several automtic processes that help you with a fast and swift Plan Manager authorisation and funding process, as well as a facilitation of the NDIS authorisation in the NDIA Administration Portal.

Motivated by personal experience - seeking fall-prevention products for his mother - Dr. Louwerens identified a gap in trustworthy, accessible health solutions for everyday people. I have had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, where I created a multi-national consultancy business focusing on improving commercial effectiveness for pharmaceutical companies. After selling my first business and a number of years consulting, Erik and I established a new business focusing on ways to improve patient health and wellness. We introduced bettercaremarket to help people get easier access to products and services to enjoy a better quality of life. I have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical publishing and many years building health technology solutions. My vision with bettercaremarket is to create the most trusted support platform for patients who need some assistance in their daily living.
