BettercareNDIS
BettercareNDIS is a registered NDIS provider that manages payments from Plan Managers and the NDIA on behalf of NDIS participants. This is a free service that BettercareNDIS offers in collaboration with purchases made wit BetterCareMarket. For more information about BettercareNDIS, please visit www.bettercarendis.com.au. Here you will find various procedures and forms that are intended to protect your rights as a NDIS participant.
Incident Management Policy
The Incident Management Policy, described on the BettercareNDIS website, provides general guidelines for the required behaviour, and response in case of an accident, incident (including critical and reportable incidents), or near miss affecting staff or NDIS participants occurs.
This policy aligns with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW), the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (NSW), National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (Cwth), and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Reportable Incidents Guidance (2018).

Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a tax invoice. Only those goods listed on the tax invoice will be included in the contract formed.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by BetterCareMarket are estimates only.
Actual delivery is provided by third parties outside of our control.
BetterCareMarket will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. BetterCareMarket cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Prices
All our prices are in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
Artificial Intelligence
Bettercaremarket uses AI-powered virtual assistants across our website and phone services to help with general enquiries, order support, product information, and customer service. These tools are designed to improve response times and provide helpful assistance, and they DO NOT give medical advice. When needed, enquiries may be reviewed by a member of our team to help us monitor quality, improve our services, and respond to requests more effectively. Data will be stored for performance up to 6 months and adhere to the Company Privacy Policy.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, BetterCareMarket has the right to cancel the order.
