Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your online purchases at bettercaremarket.com.au. You buy what you want today and pay it off in four equal, interest-free fortnightly installments.

 

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 fortnightly installments without interest.

Spend from $20 up to a maximum of $1,000 in a single transaction on items marked with the Afterpay logo (including any applicable shipping costs). You will receive your items immediately. You don’t have to wait until you paid it off!

 

How to proceed?

  1. 1. Select Afterpay in check-out as your payment method. Use your existing payment card.
  2. 2. Complete your checkout in 2 minutes and get instant approval.No long forms to fill in!
  3. 3. Pay the amount over 4 equal fortnightly payments
  4. 4. Enjoy your purchase straight away! Interest-free and without extra charges as long as payments are made on time and in the correct amount!

 

How do you place an Afterpay order on the website?

  • 1. Select your items and add them to your shopping cart. Checkout as normal.
  • 2. Choose Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website
  • 3. Sign-up or use your existing Afterpay account
  • 4. Enter and verify your payment details. Confirm your order.

That is it: your purchase will be split into 4 payments.

Once approved, Bettercaremarket will process the order.

Note: Customers new to Afterpay, will have to pay their first installment upfront. The funds must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.

 

What do you need to do?

  • 1. Be 18 years of age or older
  • 2. Be a resident of Australia
  • 3. Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • 4. Have an Australian Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card
  • 5. Have the Afterpay App downloaded onto your mobile

 

Can I order multiple items using Afterpay?

Yes, Afterpay covers the cost for your entire online order, including shipping.

 

Can I place an Afterpay order over the phone?

Sorry, unfortunately, Afterpay is an online payment method that requires login credentials for authorisation. Our Customer Care team members are not able to do this on your behalf.

 

When will you receive your order?

Orders placed with Afterpay will be treated the same as our standard orders. Visit our delivery policy for additional information.

 

How do I return or exchange an item I bought with Afterpay?

For returns

If you need to return an item that is faulty or broken, Bettercaremarket will process a refund as outlined on our Returns and Refunds page. We will notify Afterpay of your return. They will then cancel any future payment and will process the refund.

For exchanges

You can exchange your product with one that is of equal value.

        • If the value of the replacement item is more than the original product, you can pay the difference by card.
        • If the value of the replacement value is less than the original product, you may have the remainder of the value returned to your credit card.

Please note: do not return the items to Afterpay.

 

Can I cancel my Afterpay order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled. You can organise a return and refund for your order once it has been delivered.
