Bank Transfer

You can also choose to pay by bank transfer.

Let us know the products you are ater, and we’ll send you an invoice with our bank details and payment reference. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for transfers to clear.

 

PayPal

Pay safely with PayPal without sharing your bank or credit card details directly.

NDIS payments

BettercareNDIS is a registered NDIS provider. Through our website BetterCareMarket we handle your NDIS-orders and payments, whether you are a NDIA managed, plan managed or self managed NDIS participant.

How does it work?

1.   You choose the products you are after on our website

2.   You go to check out

3.   If you are new, you register as a NDIS-participant with all relevant or mandatory details. For existing customers, please login

4.   For plan managed payments: we send an automated invoice to your plan manager

5.   For Agency managed invoice, we send the invoices straight the NDIS portal

6.   For self managed invoices: we await payment for the invoice

7.   Once we have received the funds, we will process the order
