What is Dr Ho's Back Brace Support Belt?

The Back Brace Support Belt from Dr Ho's is an inflatable lower back decompression belt that relieves pain through support and stretch. The inflatable inner belt expands vertically to decompress the lower back. The outer belt functions as a back support for the lumbar spine.

The 2-in-1 lumbar decompression belt decompresses the pressure from your lower back and helps alleviate pinched nerves and tense lower back muscles.

How to decompress the lower back with Dr Ho Back Brace?

Stretching through decompression helps relieve pressure off pinched nerves, degenerative, herniated and bulging discs.

Relieving the pressure allows the damaged discs to return to their normal position and condition. Reducing the constriction on pinched nerves, such as the sciatic nerve, will help relieve shooting leg pain.

Back decompression therapy can be effective for:

  • Disc bulges/herniation
  • Disc degeneration/compression
  • Sciatica: or nerve pain
  • Stenosis
  • Post-surgical pain
  • Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Leg or arm pain or numbness

What does this Back Brace do?

The lower back support belt is designed according to the principle of decompression. It lengthens the spine, reducing the burden associated with disc herniation or compression and osteoarthritis.

Through the vertical stretching of the torso, the space between the vertebrae is widened. This will take the weight off your spine, decompressing the spinal disc space, and reducing the pressure on the affected nerves. At the same time, it will improve blood circulation, relieving tendons and relaxing tight muscles.

How does the Dr Ho Back Brace work?

  • Wrap the belt around your waist and attach it
  • Inflate the belt with the hand pump. This will turn the belt from soft to rigid.
  • The gentle traction will help decompress the lower back.
  • When not inflated, the belt functions as a back brace and offers support to the lower back.
  • The height of the belt is based on the average person: 11cm
  • When inflated, the belt is increased to 19 cm and the multiple air columns within the belt, force the stretching of the lumbar.

When to use the Lower Back Support?

The back belt can be worn while sitting, lying down or during activities such as walking, gardening, working, or while enjoying sports or other leisure activities.

The back brace speeds up your recovery and enables you to enjoy the daily activities again.

The back brace is light and durable. It offers a high degree of mobility, alleviating and preventing back pain.  It is discreetly worn under your clothing allowing you to perform your daily activities.

Enjoy the Back Brace Support Belt from Dr Ho's anywhere or anytime and break free from back pain!
