I highly recommend this company, goods well packed and arrived in a timely manner.

I would like to highly recommend the pain pod as a mode of relief for lower back pain. I was diagnosed 20 years ago with herniated disc’s in lower back and pinched sciatic nerve , told I would not be able to do anymore heavy lifting or general outside physical work which was my life. I was told surgery was my last resort after trying many options, Physio,massage,chiropractor, pain specialist etc.nothing worked. Swimming gave me some relief Then I found the pain pod I am still using it twenty years on I have learnt to manage my back problem and limit what l can do physically but occasionally I need to resort to the pain pod as for short periods of time It has been the main thing that has kept me active I still garden, hike and ride a bike I am now in my 70’s and so thankful I didn’t go down the path of surgery. Thankyou again for making my life nearly as active as I once was !!

It was easy to track the progress of my purchases. They arrived in good time and in excellent condition.

It's a good product that works, as it prevents the quilt from any water damage. I think what would also help consumers is to describe that it probably should be used in between the quilt and the outer cover, rather than directly as the single quilt cover. I also found that it is very repellent of water, so it doesn't necessarily even need a wash when the outer cover gets wet. This is an additional bonus which I wasn't aware of but would be a big plus for people to know.

I was disappointed in the waiting tme (nearly 4 weeks) it took for the product to arrive. I have not yet used the bottle so cannot rate it,however I am used to using a similar urinal for travel so it will be tested on my upcoming to Hobart, Tasmania next week. Thank you GM Marchant
