How Do I Put the Foot Brace On?
Once the orthosis has been adjusted to the correct size, open all of the straps and insert your foot underneath the crossed straps. You can then attach the straps, starting from the top closure, to the strap at the back of your foot and finally, the ones on the sides of your foot. Can I Wear The Foot Brace When I Exercise?
Yes. This Foot Brace for drop foot is suitable for use during sports, even if they involve jumping and sharp turns. However, frequently using the brace for this purpose can reduce the length of its lifespan.
