Interesting things to know about BetterCareMarket’s Incontinence Underwear

Incontinence Underwear

Discover our range of high quality disposable and washable incontinence underwear, from reliable brands with proven benefits for improved continence care and personal hygiene. You can wear our incontinence underwear for women very easily as it does not cause any discomfort at all!

Other than those heavy days, you can choose to wear our washable incontinence underwear in your daily routine as well. We have a wide range of sizes. You can wear reusable incontinence underwear as many times as you want without the worry of wear and tear.

Incontinence underwear is not one single product type. This category brings together washable briefs, fixation pants, pad inserts, reusable pads and cloth nappy style options for people who need continence protection that works with the body, not against it.

Some products absorb light leakage on their own. Others hold larger pads firmly in place. Some suit adults. Others suit children and teenagers. The right choice depends on leakage level, mobility, dressing ability, skin comfort, carer involvement and washing routine.

Choose this category when standard underwear does not hold pads securely, disposable pull ups feel too much for light leakage, or washable options suit your budget and care routine better.

BetterCareMarket supplies incontinence underwear and related Incontinence Products as NDIS Consumables through a Registered NDIS Provider, where they match a participant’s plan and disability support needs. This category also sits naturally beside Bathroom Aids, Daily Living Aids, Mobility Aids and Independent Living Aids for safer toileting, dressing and personal care routines.

Fixation Pants for Pads

Fixation pants hold shaped incontinence pads close to the body. They do not replace absorbent pads. They solve a different problem: keeping larger pads in the right position during walking, sitting, transfers and care routines.

Dailee Fix Pants are here to make managing urinary and faecal incontinence easier for you. The fixation pants are specially designed to keep your incontinence pad snugly in place, so you can move around comfortably without worrying about leaks or discomfort. They are available in various sizes and with or without legs to suit your preference.

The leg style is fully elasticised, latex free, made from polyester and elastane, and shaped to mould to the body. It comes in Small, Medium and Large, covering waist ranges from 45cm to 110cm across the range. Packs contain 5 pants, with cartons of 300.

They work perfectly with Dailee Comfort Pads, anatomically-shaped large incontinence pads, giving you the best protection possible. Dailee Comfort pads are available in three absorbency levels Normal, Extra and Maxi and offer a greater coverage and leak guards to keep you dry and comfortable. Whether you're at home, work, or out and about, these net pants offer discreet and reliable protection.

MoliCare Premium Fixpants guarantee that the incontinence pads stay securely in place and close to your body to minimise the risk of leakage. The soft, stretch fixation pants are reusable and can be washed up to 50 times at 60° and tumble drying on low heat.

They are available in short or long legs. The colour coding of the size facilitates the daily work of the work of the carer. The Molicare Premium Forms are the perfect large pads to combine with the Fix Pants. The leg style is fully elasticised, latex free, made from polyester and elastane, and shaped to mould to the body. It comes in Small, Medium and Large, covering waist ranges from 45cm to 110cm across the range. Packs contain 5 pants, with cartons of 300.

Washable Briefs for Women, Men and Children

Washable incontinence briefs suit light leakage and buyers who want a more familiar underwear feel. They are not made for full bladder voids. They are best for small leaks, post pregnancy leakage, daily backup protection and light bladder weakness.

Invizi Washable Women Full Brief absorbs around 100 ml on its own, with a removable insert adding another 100ml. It is made from a soft bamboo blend, available in black, and comes in sizes Small to XXL. It is washable up to 50 times.

D Brief Men’s Underpants have a built-in pad with waterproof backing and absorb up to 300ml over 4 hours. They come in Small to Extra Large, in white, black and grey.

D Brief Underpants for boys and girls absorb up to 200ml and suit light bladder leakage in children.

D Brief Pad Inserts

D Brief Pad Inserts are made for light bladder leakage and fit inside compatible men’s or women’s underwear. They come in a twin pack, with a choice of male or female shaped pads.

Each insert absorbs up to 100ml over 4 hours. They are not suitable for full bladder voids or sudden heavy urine release. They work best for small leaks, extra daily protection or a spare insert rotation with D Brief underwear.

The inserts have waterproof backing, a discreet fit and elastic strands that follow the body shape. They are machine washable at 60 degrees and reusable up to 100 times. Choose these when the underwear itself still fits well, but extra absorbency is needed during outings, work, school or longer wear periods.

Reusable Pads Worn with Underwear

Reusable pads suit people who prefer washable protection inside regular underwear. They fasten with snap wings and need firm fitting underwear to stay in place.

The Washable Light Pad has 3 layers: bamboo charcoal against the skin, 1 microfiber absorbent layer and PUL waterproof backing. The Regular Pad has 4 layers, with 2 microfiber layers. Heavy and Extra Large Pads have 6 layers, with 4 microfiber layers and PUL waterproof backing. The Heavy Pad absorbs up to 500ml.

Reusable Female Inserts come in packs of 4 or 6. They use a 5 layer build with bamboo charcoal, 2 microfiber layers, 1 super absorbent bamboo layer and waterproof backing.

Choose reusable pads when you want lower waste protection for light to heavier leaks, menstrual flow or daily bladder leakage.

Reusable Cloth Nappies for Children, Teenagers and Adults

Reusable Cloth Nappies sit at the stronger end of the washable range. They wrap around the body, rather than sitting inside underwear. This makes them a better choice when a pad is not enough, but a washable product is still preferred.

These nappies suit children, teenagers and adults. Adjustable waist and rise snaps fit waist measurements from 60cm to 110cm and hip or thigh measurements from 45cm to 84cm.

The outer fabric is waterproof PUL. The inner layer is soft microfleece stay dry fabric. Moisture moves into the insert inside the pocket. Inserts come in bamboo or microfiber options, and extra inserts increase absorbency.

Choose reusable cloth nappies when leakage needs more coverage than washable briefs or pads, and the household has a regular washing and drying routine.

How to Choose Incontinence Underwear

Start with the job the product must do.

If the person already uses large shaped pads, choose fixation pants. They hold pads in position and reduce leakage caused by movement.

If leakage is light and the person wants a normal underwear feel, choose washable briefs. Women’s full briefs suit light female bladder leakage. D Brief men’s underwear suits light male leakage. Boys and girls D Brief underwear suits children who need discreet washable protection.

If absorbency needs to change during the day, add D Brief Pad Inserts or reusable pads. Inserts suit small leaks. Washable pads give more choice across light, regular, heavy and extra large coverage.

If pads and briefs are not enough, choose reusable cloth nappies. They give more body coverage and adjustable insert based absorbency.

Fit matters every time. Loose underwear allows leaks. A garment that feels too tight creates pressure and resistance to wearing it. Check waist, hip and leg fit before choosing size.

Takeaway

Incontinence Underwear covers washable briefs, fixation pants, inserts and reusable cloth options. Choose fixation pants to secure pads. Choose washable briefs for light leakage and a regular underwear feel. Choose inserts or reusable pads for flexible absorbency. Choose cloth nappies when the person needs more coverage in a washable product.
