How does this Allcare Ice Pack work?

Cryotherapy - or cold treatment - is particularly useful at the beginning stages of injuries, as it helps interrupting swelling and inflammation, acting as an anaesthetic to soothe pain in the problem area. 

The reusable ice pack can be used on any area of your body to provide faster relief from your injuries. Thanks to the large size, it can cover a wider area of your body, f.i. shoulders, hip, back, head, legs, arms or knees.

For initial cooling, place the ice pack flat in the freezer for 2 hours. The Cold Pack is made from a latex-free double-layered vinyl and filled with non-toxic silica gel, keeping the pack pliable and cold for 30’. The great feature is that it is soft and feels pleasant on the skin.
