How to wash your hair with a shampoo cap?

Preheat (optional): For a more soothing experience, warm the shampoo cap in the microwave for 15 – 30 seconds prior to use. Do not overheat it!

Place on head: Apply the shampoo cap over the head on dry hair making sure to cover all hair, leaving the ears out.

Massage: Gently massage the shampoo and conditioner into the hair for 4 minutes

Remove: carefully remove the shampoo cap. Do not rinse out the shampoo.

Dry: dry the hair using a towel
