The Elastic Knee Support is available in three sizes: small, medium and large. To determine the correct size for you, measure the circumference of knee/patella just under the knee for the correct size. If you fall on a sizing boundary, please choose the larger size of the two.
You are entitled to have your purchase repaired, replaced or a refund for the item you purchased from bettercaremarket if the item is:
faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or

bettercaremarket is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or exchange them, simply because you:
changed your mind

found the product cheaper elsewhere
were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online
damaged the product by misusing it
used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
