The side-pulls can be easily adjusted to add support: it acts as a corset that reinforces the spine and torso. By keeping the back in an upright or extended position, the Sacro Lumbar Support reduces the strain placed on muscles, joints, discs, nerve roots or ligaments.

How to apply the sacro belt?

We recommend to follow these steps:

1. Position the Sacro Lumbar Belt in the middle of your back, keeping the stays on the outer side
2. Secure the main Velcro strap in the front so it is tight but comfortable
3. Stretch the two remaining stays until they provide firm support
4. Adjust compression as desired, ensuring the belt slightly limits motion without causing discomfort
