How to use the Sock Aid?

Simply insert the sock or stocking over the Sock applicator.
Using the handles, place the sock aid on the floor in front of your foot.
Slide the foot through the middle of the sock/stocking and wiggle your toes as you pool the device towards you with the 2 handles.
Pull up until the sock or stocking is comfortably positioned.
When the sock or stocking is in place, the Sock applicator will slide out easily
Slip the dressing aid out of the top of the sock or stocking.
