What is the Homecraft Food Workstation?

The Food Workstation from Homecraft is a one-handed kitchen workstation that can help with a multitude of kitchen tasks.

This food preparation system is specially designed to give users with limited hand function some additional assistance, independence and convenience with kitchen workstations. It is ideal for those with difficulty in gripping such as those with one-handed motion, Arthritis, Parkinson’s disease or while recovering from a stroke.

How secure are the food items on the workstation?

The workstation includes a removable clamp that can open up to 11 cm wide that will help hold or grip food for preparation, bread for cutting, or vegetables for slicing or chopping. It can also be used to hold bowls, jars or bottles in place.

The kitchen Workstation features a removable stainless-steel spike attachment that is used to keep fruit and vegetable securely in place while you peel or chop them manually.  

The grating and slicing box enables you to (single-handedly) grate and slice the food items while benefiting from the hygienic collection box to collect peelings and waste.

The workstation is equipped with 4 rubber non-slip pads that firmly holds the device in place on smooth and even wet surfaces.
