This individually calibrated respiratory device delivers great accurate and consistent results thanks to the aerofoil in the mouthpiece.

When is a Peak Flow Meter used?

Peak flow monitoring is a well-known tool in asthma, COPD and pulmonary fibrosis management. Peak flow meters help patients monitor their respiratory disease. Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) is a measurement of how fast a patient can blow out. When a patient is well, their PEF is higher, when the airways are narrow - for example with asthma- PEF is lower.
