The incontinence pads consist of 5 layers:
A Bamboo Charcoal top layer (against the skin)
2 layers absorbent microfiber
1 layer of super absorbent Bamboo
A waterproof backing made of PUL (polyurethane laminate) that goes against your underwear to help prevent leaking

How to use the Reusable Incontinence Pads?
Wash before first use
Snap pad around underwear crotch with the grey (bamboo charcoal) side up to go against your body.
After use, rinse pads with warm or cold water to prevent smells and stains. Then place into a laundry bag.
Then add to the main washing load for a warm (40 degrees) long wash with the recommended amount of detergent for their load. On their own with the underwear, give them a 30min wash with detergent.
Hang on the line to dry or tumble dry in a low warm cycle.
When you’re away from home, place pad into a wet bag to take home for washing. Do NOT wash or rinse the pads in public facilities.
The pads are meant for personal use only and should not be shared with others.
How often should you change the washable female liners?
Change the incontinence pad when required. It will depend on your needs and how often urine leaks occur, and how often you would like to wash. If you have a frequent bladder leak, we recommend changing every couple of hours to prevent skin irritations.
For menstrual periods, usually change around 4-6 hours - depending on your flow - and your personal choice. However, you will quickly find out the best time frame for changes.
It is best to wash at least every 2 days and rinse if you are not washing the same day to prevent smells and the urine from damaging the waterproof layer.
You are entitled to have your purchase repaired, replaced or a refund for the item you purchased from bettercaremarket if the item is:
faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and
you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide bettercaremarket with proof of purchase, such as your original bettercaremarket receipt or bank statement.
If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.
bettercaremarket is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or exchange them, simply because you:
changed your mind
ordered the wrong product
found the product cheaper elsewhere
were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online
damaged the product by misusing it
used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
