What is a Nebuliser used for?

A nebuliser machine, such as the Turboneb, is a medical breathing device designed to deliver medication via inhalation. A nebuliser is used for the treatment of respiratory diseases, such as asthma, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis.

With the use of compressed air, the nebuliser transforms liquid medication into a fine mist aerosol that is easily inhaled into the lungs with the use of a mouthpiece or mask.

How does the Turboneb work?

The Turboneb Nebuliser consists of two main components: a compressor and a nebuliser.

A nebuliser is a holding chamber in which liquid medication is held ready for inhalation by the user. The compressor element turns the liquid particles into a gas form, allowing the patient to inhale the medicine in a more effective manner.

It plugs into any 220 - 240 V outlet. The high output compressor allows for effective and reliable medication delivery and shorter treatment times.
