How to apply the elbow brace by Push Med?
A. Release all hook and loop fasteners. Hold the inside of your hand towards you while your elbow is bent slightly. Use the stiffener end to slip the brace over your arm. Make sure the brace fits symmetrically on the arm. The Push Med Elbow Brace is properly located when you feel the protruding part of the elbow in the opening. Lift your arm to expose the zip and close the zip.
B. Use the straps to set the required stretching restriction. The more the hook and loop fastener is attached towards the hand, the more the stretching movement of the elbow is restricted.
C. Close the non-elastic strap at the back of the upper arm.
