- Then slowly inhale deeply to open the valve. The right level of intensity should be ‘hard’ but would not exhaust you. Try to keep the flow indicator at the better or best position. At the end of your inhalation, hold your breath for at least 5 sec allowing the piston to fall back to ‘0’.
- Repeat this up to 10 times per session. If possible try this 4 times a day.
- Try to do the exercise at the same time each day. Be consistent!
