How to use the Heat Pad?

 

* Before applying the Heat pad, make sure to clean the area you want to apply the pad with rubbing alcohol. The pad will not stick if there is any oil, lotion, cream or remains on the skin. Let your skin dry.

* First turn the device off and attach the Heat Pad to it.

* Apply the Heat Pad firmly on the skin

* Once you have finished, turn the PainPod Heat off before removing the pad from your body area

* Gently remove the Heat Pad from the skin by peeling it off, starting from the edge

* Re-apply the plastic film on the pad. This will keep the pad sticking for longer.

 

Make sure there are no irritations, cuts or grazes on the pain site you want to apply the PainPod Heat on.

 

 

 

How to store this reusable tens pad?

 

The PainPod Heat Pad is reusable. Make sure to apply the plastic fil back over the Heat Pad and place it in the resealable bag after each use to extend its lifespan.
