How to use the PainPod Heat?

Step 1: Attach the heat device straight onto the large heat pad

Step 2: Or - if you find it more convenient - you can connect it to the extension connector and attach it to the heat device.

Step 3: Switch on the heat device by holding on the power button for 3 seconds.

Step 4: Clean the skin and remove plastic film. Place the pad on the area you want treated. Apply the Heat pad firmly to the skin.

Step 5: Now select the Mode.

Choose one of the 8 therapy modes that is comfortable to you
Select the Time: duration can be adjusted from 10 to 50 minutes
Adjust the Intensity: choose from one of the 20 intensities that feels comfortable to you
Choose from the 2 Heat settings: either up to 40°C or up to 43°C.

Step 7: Press the power button once to lock the touch screen
